Reprints of published photographs
Thank you for your interest in photography in the Arizona Daily Star. The newspaper offers reprints of published photographs for personal use through Pictopia via a web interface.
Photos in the online photo galleries
Orders can be placed directly to Pictopia for photos featured in the Daily Star online photo galleries. Follow the instructions for ordering, shipping and payment using a credit card.
Photos published in the Daily Star or StarNet
Use the photo request form to request for photos taken by Daily Star photographers published in the Daily Star, on azstarnet.com, or in related publications like Northwest, East, Foothills and La Estrella.
The form MUST include specific information about the photo, including the publication date, section (such as Accent or Northwest Star) and specific names (spelled correctly) of the people or things pictured in the photograph. The order cannot be completed without the proper information.
Once the photo has been uploaded to the Pictopia server, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to web page where you can view the photo(s) and make a purchase with a credit card.
RESTRICTIONS
* Photos purchased via the web interface are for personal use only.
* Unpublished photographs are not available for purchase.
* Photos from any University of Arizona sporting event are not available.
* Photos taken prior to January 1, 1997 are not available.
Featured merchandise
In addition to standard color reprints, photographs can be reproduced on a variety of materials like t-shirts, mugs and mouse pads. For a complete list, see the menus next to the photo being purchased on the Pictopia web interface. Watch for periodic sales and specials.

Photos for commercial and non-profit use
Published photos are available for use in other publications, with restrictions. Daily Star photos will not be sold to supermarket "tabloids" and cannot be used in connection with any political campaign. Photographs featuring any recognizable people will not be sold for advertising. Contact the Daily Star photo department at 573-4155 for more information. Rates as follows:

National media $250
Commercial (advertising, etc) $250
All photos sold with one-time domestic publication rights only.
